** Please note that Cash On Delivery is not applicable for items that will use courier service for delivery.

1) Four hours and same day delivery (in Klang Valley, Malaysia only)

We put estimated rate at RM50.00 at the checkout page. We will use the following calculation to calculate your delivery charges. 


By motor: RM3 surcharge + distance (RM1/KM) from pick up point to your place
By Car: RM15 surcharge + distance (RM1/KM) from pick up point to your place

2) Courier service (Malaysia customer)

You can choose your courier service when you proceeding to checkout.

Orders received on a public holiday will be shipped out the next working day. Orders received after 10am or later will be shipped out on the next working.

For delivery in major cities in Malaysia, it usually takes one day (NEXT day) to complete delivery within Peninsular Malaysia. Meanwhile, it takes about 2-3 days for delivery to/from East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak). It might take longer if an address is categorized as out of delivery area (ODA), which may take 3-5 days.

Shipping charges will be calculated upon check out. You can check the courier charges before proceed to payment during check out. Below is the list of courier partners. 


Please note that customer/receiver who use Easyparcel, if you have further question on your parcel, you can email at along with your tracking number and our support team will assist you regarding this matter.


3) International Courier service (Oversea customers )

Do you ship internationally and how much will it cost?

We are a Malaysian based company that offers international shipping. To check the cost of shipping to your location using DHL, simply enter your address at the check-out page and you will be provided with shipping options instantly. However, if you find rate is not competitive, you can whatsApp us at +60122288472 or email us your shipping address and product. We will reply you other options.

4) Pickup From Store

 Pick up from showroom - RM0.00

You can collect your products at our showroom from 10 am to 5 pm. Kindly call us before visiting our showroom.

We offer free shipping for those in who live within Klang Valley for the purchase of RM300 above with weight less than 5kg.

6) Freight insurance 

Important note: If you want to purchase insurance for your parcel, pls indicate it in the comment during checkout. We will check the insurance rate and notify you for payment.  

(a) Standard insurance

Limited liability to any losses or damages is MYR 200.00 or the value of the goods, whichever is lower. 

(b) Additional insurance

Insurance fee = Insurance rate = Invoice value x 110% x 0.3% + RM2 (stamp duty)  or minimum RM30

100% coverage. 

7) Custom duties and taxes

Custom duties and taxes are not included in the price.

Once we give you other shipping options and you are happy to proceed with order, please Add to Cart this "Shipping Fee" ( ) into your cart equal to the Shipping Quote that we give to you. 

eg: Shipping Quote is RM250
     : Add Shipping Fee into your cart. The quantity of this item should be 250 to match the quote of RM250.

During Checkout (in the Shipping page), Select Pickup from Cheras Showroom to prevent double shipping fee. Proceed to payment and complete your order.

The goods will be deliver to your door.

Exchange or Returns policy

1. Customer received a wrong product. 

    • If customer received wrong product from what customer purchased from iElder, iElder are happy to accept exchange and the shipping cost will be on iElder.
    • Item must be in the same condition in which it was received. Items should be in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with the original tags still attached and with any related accessories included.  If these conditions are not fulfilled, or anything unreasonable, it will NOT be accepted for exchange or returns.
    • iElder will not be responsible if the shipment is lost or damaged during the return transit.
    • iElder are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.

2. Products received in a bad condition

    • If customer received product that is wet or torn, grease, foot prints on it, please notify us immediately so that we can solve this for you.
    • We will suggest to record the broken courier packaging and the product in a video and photo and email us at for further checking and processing with courier partner.
    • iElder will help customer to claim damage from the courier.

3. Products received in a bad condition due to poor packaging by iElder.

    • If your parcel or products are received damaged but the outside packaging is in good condition, please notify us immediately so that we can solve this for you!
    • We will suggest to record the broken product in the video and photo and email us at for the further checking and processing with courier partner.
    • iElder will offer a partial refund in term of free gift/discount code on customer's next purchase when customer not completely satisfied with their current purchase – for example, if it arrived with a minor scratch but customers are happy to keep it.

4. Order being cancel before the product being shipped out

    • The return/cancelation of these items/orders will have a restocking fee of 10% or final sale policies if it was made before the items being shipped out unless otherwise agreed by the iElder staff via mail, fax, or e-mail.

You will NOT be entitled to an exchange or returns if any of the following applies:

  1. The goods returned are found to be not faulty or damaged and it correctly correspond to the description displayed on our website and in your order,
  2. The goods are not returned in accordance with our exchange & return policy,
  3. The goods are not returned within the stipulated time period

We will state clearly on warranty period for each product page if there is any.

We will comply with warranties against product defects and non-performance and report to respective manufacturer. 

Any cost either packing or delivery cost to claim the warranty, subject to the warranty policy by the manufacturer if any.
