A. MEDICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE

  1. Makes territory sales plan by products and by customers in accordance with assigned sales target. Reports the results and corrective action on a monthly basis.
  2. Achieves sales target both in products and number of customers as per monthly and quarterly plan and increase sales of existing customers
  3. Makes itineraries and daily activities report of what has been done and how much sales achieved on that day.
  4. Reports on competitiors' activities and market situation.
  5. Expands and penetrates the market with both new and existing products.
  6. Promotes product through good product knowledge and honest and appropriate way of use promotional materials i.e. samples.
  7. Keeps good relation with the personnel of principal, the customers and colleagues.
  8. Submit all required reports.
  9. Customer service by answer enquiries via emails, calls and all communications.

Qualification/Experience Requirement

  • Preferable Diploma/Bachelor in Occupational Therapy/ Nursing/ Physiotherapy/ Healthcare/medical related
  • Preferable who has strong network with hospitals, pharmacies, clinics and nursing home
  • Able to communicate fluently in English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to work under stress
  • Able to commit to achieve sales target
  • 1-2 (Junior) years or 5-8 (Senior) of working experience in sales and marketing field especially strong network in hospitals, pharmacies, clinics and nursing homes, corporate client
  • Posses own a transport with valid driving license.

B. OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

  1. Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of physical and mental impairments to achieve maximum functional capacity.
  2. Evaluate and recommend modifications to community, home and work sites.
  3. Achieves sales target both in products and number of customers as per monthly and quarterly plan and increase sales of existing customers.
  4. To promote products sales to corporate clients, hospitals, pharmacies, nursing home and clinics.
  5. Customer service by answer enquiries via emails, calls and all communications.

Qualification/Experience Requirement

  • Preferable Diploma/Bachelor in Occupational Therapy
  • Able to communicate fluently in English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to work under stress
  • Able to commit to achieve sales target

C. CREATIVE MARKETING AND SOCIAL MEDIA EXECUTIVE

  1. Develop and implement out-of-the-box promotional campaigns and contests.
  2. Plan promotions and campaigns for eCommerce platform and marketplace sales in accordance to events, festivals, & holiday seasons.
  3. Plan promotions for new product launches.
  4. Produce & upload monthly newsletters & product promotion materials.
  5. Develop & create content
    i.e design banners, advertising material & email marketing.
  6. Manage social media presence by developing and implementing creative ways to increase the company's brand awareness and drive traffic to our website, Facebook, Instagram, and blogs; update these sites/pages as necessary.
     
    Example of social media marketing:
    • Community, auction, contests,
    • Bi-weekly new product launch
    • Festival seasons promotion
    • Facebook, Instagram, Google Business

  7. Create content for weekly postings on Facebook & Instagram. Include product features and benefits with a focus on elderly health & lifestyle, as well as community interests.
  8. Manage Facebook community group for members to ask for help/guidance and share testimonials
  9. Plan community events online and offline

Qualification/Experience Requirement

  • Able to write and speak fluent Mandarin
  • Diploma in Graphic Design and Marketing
  • Proficiency in Video and Graphic Editing/Design

    D. ACCOUNT CUM INVENTORY EXECUTIVE

    1. Ensure all financial records and statements are in line with laws and regulation.
    2. Document business financial transactions over time.
    3. Resolve any discrepancies & irregularities found in the records, statements or document transactions.
    4. Create invoice and quotation for B2B customer.
    5. Request payment overdue from client.
    6. Manage stock inventory and warehousing activities.
    7. Close account of each month.
    8. Handle customer enquiry and assist in customer service.

    Qualification/Experience Requirement

    • 1 year working experience.
    • Bachelor degree in Accountancy. 



    E. GRAPHIC DESIGN INTERN

    1. Enhance and execute design concepts, graphics and layouts for products.
    2. Create interactive designs for social media platform.
    3. Develop and execute graphics for marketing tools (poster, bunting, flyers, catalog, brochures, etc.)
    4. Develop and execute design for events, exhibitions etc.
    5. Take photo and videos on events when required.

    Requirements

    • From Faculty of  Graphic Design/ Art Design/ Creative Multimedia, or any equivalent.

       

      F. INTERN- ECOMMERCE & MARKETPLACE 

      1. Upload products. eCommerce listing and develop bundles for eCommerce & its marketplace
      2. Sync with marketplaces (lazada, shopee, ezbuy, amazon and many more) and also B2B channels
      3. Update ielder.asia and marketplace inventory
      4. Shipment of products and update courier company at marketplace & ielder.asia and liaise with suppliers
      5. Assist with business development matter
      6. Learn about MDA product registration 
      7. Other works:
        1. Account data entry
        2. Product upload & market place
        3. Daily fulfilment activities
        4. Answer customer enquiry
        5. Handle dealers and suppliers
        6. Handling settlement and payment
        7. Stock in and stock out

      Requirements

      • From Faculty of  Business Administration and Management
      • Ability to prioritize workload to achieve company goal.
      • Desire to learn and grow professionally.
      • Ability to embrace and live the company’s Core Integrity.

      G. INTERN-NURSING/ PHYSIOTHERAPY/ MEDICAL

      1. Responsible for customer care service by answer enquiries via emails, calls and all communications.
      2. Record patient’s data and managing patient progress.
      3. Formulating treatment plans and follow-up schedule.
      4. Register patients
      5. Assist doctor

      Requirements

      • From Faculty of physiotherapy or any studies related to it.
      • Desire to learn and grow professionally.
      • Ability to embrace and live the company’s Core Integrity.

      Terms & Conditions (Not Applicable for PPV)

      1. The team can work flexible hours in the office and take opportunities to work from home, all while staying connected to team members and the company.

      2. Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 1pm.

      3. Work attire: Smart casual. Formal when meeting clients.

      4. Multi-tasking and able to take stress.
