Warranty Policy


Please refer to product page on warranty period. It only covers NON-DELIBERATE OR NON ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE. Any damages by user negligence, accidental damages, intentional or otherwise are not covered by the warranty. Products subjected to negligence, abuse, improper storage or handling, improper operation, any misuse or modifications are not covered. Damage caused by improper usage, normal wear and tear are also not covered by the warranty. This includes all consumable parts such as casters, seat bearing and padding.

Making a warranty claim?

When you intend to make a warranty claim, give us as much information you possibly can. Send us photos or a video to verify the condition and this is vital especially if it involves the motors or frames. There is no exception to this policy and we will not be able to provide the warranty parts if photos are not provided.
